Chlory’s Acid Wash Wastewater Zero Discharge System is a dedicated closed-loop treatment solution tailored for high-corrosive pickling wastewater generated in metal processing, surface treatment, steel and related industries. Traditional pickling wastewater treatment usually adopts neutralization and sedimentation processes, which suffer from excessive chemical consumption, massive sludge output, waste of residual acid and valuable heavy metals, as well as high operating costs and hidden environmental risks. Our system integrates mature separation, concentration and resource recovery technologies to realize full wastewater recycling, effective acid and metal recovery, and complete zero liquid discharge (ZLD). Core Process Flow

We adopt a modular combined process to ensure stable operation and efficient treatment. The whole process is divided into four core links to form a fully enclosed circulating system:

1. Pre-treatment Section

Remove large-particle suspended solids, oil stains and partial colloidal impurities through filtration and pH fine adjustment. Protect subsequent deep treatment units from blockage and corrosion, and stabilize water quality for follow-up processes.

2. Acid & Metal Recovery Section

Adopt professional separation technology to selectively recover free acid and heavy metal ions in wastewater. The recovered acid reaches the standard for production reuse and can be directly returned to the pickling process; recycled metal substances can be comprehensively utilized to create additional benefits.

3. Deep Purification & Concentration Section

After multi-stage filtration and desalination treatment, the water quality is further purified. Most clean water is recycled to production lines such as workshop cleaning and process water supply. The concentrated high-salt liquid enters the solid-liquid separation unit.

4. Zero Discharge Terminal Treatment

The concentrated waste liquid is processed by evaporation and drying units. The final output is solid residue with extremely low moisture, which is disposed of in compliance with regulations. No liquid wastewater is discharged outside, achieving true zero liquid discharge.
